The role of the Learning & Performance Specialist is to support the company in two key areas: (1) organizing the development and delivery of K2’s skills development and training schedules for associates within your designated region, and (2) construct programs and manage consistent tracking and coaching for K2 management teams in support of K2 training content and awareness to drive achievement of business objectives.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Learning & Performance Specialist to join K2 Partnering Solutions. The ideal person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative learning solutions that enhance associate performance and drive organizational success. The Learning & Performance Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, design engaging learning experiences, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training Needs Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational training needs and performance gaps.
    • Collaborate with department leaders and key stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize training initiatives.
    • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  2. Learning Program Development:

    • Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and multimedia content.
    • Ensure learning programs are aligned with K2's goals and objectives.
  3. Training Delivery:

    • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees at all levels.
    • Utilize a variety of delivery methods and technologies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
    • Monitor participant progress and adjust training delivery as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
  4. Performance Support and Coaching:

    • Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce learning and promote skill application on the job.
    • Offer individual coaching to help associates overcome performance challenges and achieve their goals.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify opportunities for performance improvement and provide targeted interventions.
  5. Evaluation and Measurement:

    • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Collect and analyze data to measure learning outcomes, knowledge retention, and behavior change.
    • Use evaluation findings to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve training offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is required (C1 English level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
