Recruitment consultants provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse. As a recruiter, you will have to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • You will work closely with Account Managers to identify staffing needs: source, identify, attract, interview and qualify candidates for specific roles that your leader will allocate to you
  • Developing, driving, and executing search strategies to recruit candidates and building/nurturing a talent pool of market-leading professionals.
  • Extensive Candidate contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face)
  • Utilizing your network, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates in line with our REQ .
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
  • Recruiting IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placing them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies.
  • You will be an expert on your candidate portfolio and be able to sell K2’s full service portfolio, including K2U and K2K
  • Daily/weekly reporting of your activities.

 

Requirements & Skills

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in target driven environments.
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills.
  • Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
