Salary: $60,000 plus commission

Who are we looking for?

We need someone who:

  • Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Previous work experience in target driven environments.

  • Previous Sales, Account Management, or Recruitment experience is preferred;

  • Is comfortable with working on the phone and business-to-business cold/warm calling.

  • Is genuinely interested in technology and innovation.

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills.

  • Is proactive, a team player, self-motivated and willing to learn.

What can you expect?

As a salesperson, your activities will involve:

  • Cold/warm calling potential clients.

  • You will engage in recruitment activities during the initial months, allowing you to apply your recruiting skills to facilitate sales.
  • Lead generation and lead chasing to identify new potential clients, opening up new lines of business and managing existing accounts.

  • Building your own client portfolio and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.

  • This includes selling across the entire K2 service portfolio (Perm, Contract, K2 University, K2 Managed Solutions and K2 Konnect).

  • Identifying clients’ pain points and offering adequate solutions.

  • Contract negotiation.

  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

  • Being flexible to working in a 360 capacity or collaborating with the resource teams to fulfill staffing needs within accounts.

  • Managing client pipelines and full sales life-cycle.
