,K2 is an industry leader in IT staffing and solutions. We are currently growing our Shanghai team to continue providing our clients with remarkable service.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and communicate value propositions will be key to your success. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a consultative approach to foster relationships

Establish robust pipeline within our CRM

Big-picture thinking through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, email correspondence, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics

Embrace that the B2B deal starts with engaging in a meaningful conversation to accurately qualify the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)

Interface between business-owners and the client to drive sales opportunities

Persevere through both inbound and outbound, high volume calling and prospecting
Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales, sales development roles

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM

Enthusiastic about learning and discussing Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, ERP, CRM and cloud based solutions

Proficient in Chinese Mandarin required. English profiency is a plus.

Existing experience in the IT consulting or recruitment / outsourcing industry is greatly valued but not required
