If so, we’d love to hear from you! K2 Partnering Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Contract Administrator to help support and strengthen our contract processes across North America.

About the Role: As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of client and supplier contracts in partnership with our US and Mexico legal counsel. This role supports our operations across the US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring contracts are compliant, risk-mitigated, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and redline various types of agreements including MSAs, NDAs, Statements of Work, Data Privacy Agreements, and supplier documentation.
  • Ensure compliance of all client and consultant contracts across North America.
  • Identify contract-related risks and support their mitigation.
  • Maintain and update the contracts database.
  • Standardize and align contract terms across clients and consultants to minimize risk.
  • Manage supplier registration documentation and KYC requirements.
  • Support internal teams by reporting contract status and highlighting any non-standard provisions.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and their impact on contracts and compliance processes.
  • Provide timely support for day-to-day contract-related queries and issues.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience reviewing and negotiating contracts.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – strong communication skills in both languages are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge or experience with employment law is a plus.
