Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level PMO to support our organization's project management functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, strong organizational skills, and the ability to contribute to project success. The Mid-Level PMO will assist in optimizing project processes, ensuring adherence to standards, and facilitating effective communication across teams, under the guidance of senior PMO leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

Project Support

  • Assist in overseeing project execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Support project managers and teams in coordinating tasks and meeting project objectives.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and standards.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on project management practices.

Resource Coordination

  • Assist project managers in allocating resources effectively.

  • Monitor resource utilization and provide input for optimization.

Risk Management Support

  • Support the identification and documentation of project risks.

  • Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies under senior guidance.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Help prepare project status reports, including key performance indicators.

  • Conduct basic data analysis to support project performance tracking.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

  • Support the PMO in acting as a liaison with other departments to align with organizational goals.

Quality Assurance

  • Assist in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards.

  • Support project audits to ensure compliance with project management policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management or a related role, with specific experience in SAP or Custom Development projects.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • English proficiency.

  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (in progress or completed).

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • Basic understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
