,Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect – Managed Package Expert
Are you a hands-on Salesforce Developer passionate about architecting enterprise solutions and building robust managed packages? We are seeking a proactive and technically exceptional Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming key Salesforce features into scalable managed packages, driving technical innovation, and ensuring successful multi-org deployments. You will be deeply involved in every aspect of solution delivery, from hands-on coding and design to providing strategic architectural direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical transformation and packaging of Salesforce features into managed packages deployable in external orgs.
- Be actively hands-on: design, code, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project deliverables and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to team members throughout the package lifecycle.
- Leverage GenAI copilots in your daily workflow; experience with Cursor is especially valued.
Requirements:
- Proven, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including ownership of managed package design and deployment.
- Architect-level expertise and, ideally, Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience working with GenAI copilots; Cursor experience is a strong plus.
- Experience collaborating in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
