,Role Overview
You’re the technical linchpin between our sales team and clients. As a GenAI Sales Architect, you’ll support discovery and solution-fit calls, shape compelling proposals, and ensure our GenAI offerings—across text, vision, and audio—align perfectly with client needs. Your deep expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, and function-calling architectures will turn opportunities into robust, future-proof solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support: Participate in client workshops and sales calls to uncover requirements, map business problems to GenAI use cases, and recommend architectures.

Solution Design: Architect end-to-end GenAI proposals leveraging:

RAG Pipelines: Embedding strategies, vector stores, dynamic retrieval flows.

Agentic AI: Multi-agent orchestration for workflows, tool use and function calling.

Function-Calling: Designing safe, scalable function-execution patterns (e.g., retrieval, data enrichment, custom tool integrations).

Multimodal Components: Text generation & summarization, vision pipelines (OCR, image analysis), and audio services (speech-to-text, TTS, voice bots).

Proposal Development: Draft Statements of Work, high-level architecture diagrams, effort estimates, and risk/mitigation plans in collaboration with sales leadership.

Technical Evangelism: Deliver live demos and proof-of-concepts; distill complex AI concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for C-level and technical audiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside global industry leaders to deliver and validate solution architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

Model Governance Advice: Recommend approaches for fine-tuning, bias mitigation, performance monitoring, and MLOps integration in client environments.
Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or technical consulting role focused on generative AI.

Proven track record designing and pitching RAG-driven applications and agentic AI workflows.

Hands-on with function-calling patterns in LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar).

Strong Python skills and experience integrating LLMs into production pipelines.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills;
Bonus Skills

Experience integrating GenAI into enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP.
