Duties:

Responsible for supporting various stages of the software development life cycle starting from
requirements analysis to design, development, testing, deployment and user acceptance; meet with
Product owners and Business Analysts for design and development of new applications; provide
assistance in the development of APIs and features using Java, Spring, GraphQL and Splunk
Technologies; support the implementation and delivery of new business requirements as defined in the
acceptance criteria of Sprint user stories; work in project squads to ensure adherence of 100% code
coverage, along with zero critical defects; utilize and apply knowledge of Java/J2EE, C/C++, Python,
SQL Server, Spring framework, AngularJS, REST API, XML, Oracle, Bash, JSON, JIRA, Java, Spring,
SOUP UI, Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, GIT, SVN , Hibernate, Struts, and WebSphere Server to perform
assigned responsibilities; support API deployments along with project squad team members; coordinate
with platform teams to raise work order requests to set up API builds; support API Modernization tasks
for multiple APIs as per planned milestone deliverables; participate in Sprint ceremonies, defect triage
meetings and provide demos to product owners and business analysts; support project squads in
integration testing of APIs with downstream Micro-service teams and respective SDK teams; and
identify risks during grooming, design, and sprint phases, and log them in JIRA.

Location: Providence, Rhode Island and various other undetermined worksites throughout the U.S.

Salary: $151,195 per year.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors – Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Information Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign
degree);
Training: None ;
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Senior Consultant, as a Software Developer, as a
Software Engineer, as a Senior Associate Technology, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: Java/J2EE, C/C++,
Python, SQL Server, Spring framework, AngularJS, REST API, XML, Oracle, Bash, and JSON.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
