Commercial Finance Manager
Location: Boston or Miami. If Remote, EST or CSt time zones

As we scale, we’re building out our revenue operations and finance capabilities to drive better insights, alignment, and growth. We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who can bridge finance and sales operations. This person will own our revenue operations strategy, partner with sales leaders, and bring strong financial rigor to how we forecast, track, and optimize performance.
Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to develop forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting.

Improve and maintain key systems and processes for revenue recognition, pipeline health, and sales compensation.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaborate on annual planning, budgeting, and quota-setting.

Evaluate and implement tools and systems to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with financial and operational controls.
Skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus;

Experience in Planning tools, especially Anaplan;

Experience with SAP ERP (desirable);

5+ years of experience in finance, revenue operations, or sales operations (preferably in a high-growth or consulting environment);

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights;

Hands-on experience with CRM and finance systems (Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience preferred);

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams;

Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment.
130-150K USD/year as base + bonus
