, ,Role Overview
The SAP GTM Leader will be responsible for driving the growth of K2’s SAP consulting business across the United States and other regions. This includes crafting and executing our go-to-market strategy, building alliances with SAP and adjacent partners, enabling sales teams, and overseeing the packaging and delivery of high-impact solutions.
This role requires both strategic vision and operational execution. You will work closely with regional sales leaders, delivery teams, and global leadership to define offerings, shape demand, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute K2’s GTM plan for SAP consulting services, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud migrations, AMS, and AI/analytics extensions.

Solution Packaging: Define compelling SAP solution offerings that align with customer needs and market trends (e.g., rise with SAP, nearshore delivery, industry-specific accelerators).

Sales Enablement: Work with sales teams to position offerings, lead client-facing conversations, and support RFP responses and pre-sales.

Partner Ecosystem Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with SAP, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and complementary platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).

Thought Leadership: Represent K2 at SAP and industry events; contribute to market-facing content, webinars, and client workshops.

Delivery Alignment: Collaborate with consulting leadership and delivery partners to ensure capability mapping, staffing readiness, and quality execution.
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in SAP consulting or services, including client-facing roles.

Proven experience crafting and executing GTM strategies for SAP-related services in the U.S. market and globally.

Strong understanding of S/4HANA, cloud migration paths, SAP BTP, and ecosystem partnerships.

Comfortable leading pre-sales discussions and co-creating solutions with clients.

Demonstrated success in building alliances with SAP, system integrators, or technology partners.

Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and comfortable working in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

Experience collaborating with global teams and distributed delivery models.

Excellent communication and executive presence.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience at a system integrator, boutique consultancy, or SAP partner.

Experience with vertical-specific SAP solutions (e.g., retail, manufacturing, life sciences).

MBA or equivalent business/technical education is a plus.
