Position: Head of Global Delivery Center – SAP
Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Reports to: Practice Director - SAP (direct report) / Managing Director - Consulting (dotted line)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of GDC – SAP to lead our Global Delivery Center operations focused on SAP solutions. This role will be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling the GDC, ensuring operational excellence, quality delivery, and alignment with our global business strategy. The Head of GDC will serve as the key leader to build capabilities, drive efficiency, and support business growth while strengthening our SAP practice.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the strategy for the SAP Global Delivery Center, aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across delivery functions.

  • Partner with global and regional leadership to ensure scalability and growth of the SAP practice.

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day GDC operations, including project delivery, resource allocation, and quality control.

  • Establish governance models, KPIs, and reporting structures to track performance and ensure accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Talent & Capability Building

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top SAP talent to support GDC operations.

  • Design and implement training, certification, and career development programs.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for major SAP clients supported by the GDC.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and proactive issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support business development and consulting opportunities.

Innovation & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand SAP delivery capabilities within the GDC.

  • Promote adoption of new SAP technologies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, RISE).

  • Support the company’s digital transformation and consulting roadmap through innovative service offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in SAP consulting and delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale delivery centers, global teams, or shared services.

  • Strong understanding of SAP products, implementation methodologies, and emerging technologies.

  • Experience in budget management, operational governance, and performance management.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
