• Role Overview

  We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Architect to join our team in São Paulo, with a focus on pre-sales solution design, technical oversight, and delivering innovative SAP architectures. The ideal candidate will possess deep business acumen, extensive expertise in SAP solution design, and a strong ability to integrate SAP systems with third-party platforms. This role will support pre-sales activities by crafting tailored SAP solutions and estimates for proposals, while also providing technical leadership for implementation and oversight of SAP projects.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Business Understanding & Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into SAP-centric solutions, and develop compelling solution designs for pre-sales proposals.

  • SAP Solution Design: Architect end-to-end SAP solutions across all modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM) to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Integration Expertise: Design and oversee seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, including Thomson Reuters (e.g., Onesource DFE, Tax One), Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others, leveraging SAP BTP and other integration tools.

  • Proposal Development: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules and integrations to create accurate effort estimates, timelines, and technical proposals for pre-sales engagements.

  • Technical Oversight: Provide leadership and governance for SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, ensuring high-quality delivery and minimal business disruption.

  • SAP BTP & Emerging Technologies: Utilize SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to design cloud-based solutions, extensions, and innovations that enhance SAP capabilities.

  • WM/EWM Expertise: Architect and optimize SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to support logistics and supply chain processes.

  • Best Practices & Compliance: Define and enforce SAP architectural best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Brazilian tax/fiscal regulations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and AMS, to align SAP solutions with business and IT strategies.

  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor SAP teams, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an SAP Architect, with a strong track record in solution design, pre-sales, and technical oversight of SAP projects.

  • Deep business understanding and the ability to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM) and their application in diverse business scenarios.

  • Expertise in SAP integrations with third-party systems, including Thomson Reuters, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP for designing cloud-based solutions and extensions.

  • Strong proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, migrations, and greenfield implementations.

  • Knowledge of SAP WM and EWM for warehouse and logistics optimization.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with SAP.

  • Understanding of Brazilian tax and fiscal requirements within SAP implementations.

  • Prior experience in a consulting or pre-sales role, with a focus on SAP solutioning and estimation.

  • Certifications such as SAP Architecture, SAP BTP, TOGAF, or ITIL are highly desirable.
