仕事内容

• 社内データベースを使用し、指定された職務に適した候補者の検索

• 候補者との電話（電話またはオンライン）による現在のキャリア目標や状況の確認

• 採用チームや営業チームと協力し、候補者や潜在顧客とのフォローアップを円滑かつタイムリーに行う。

• 社内データベースの候補者情報を追跡し、最新の状態に保つこと

応募資格

• 学士課程最終学年の方

• ソリューション志向で誠実な方。チームコラボレーションを重視し、リクルートメント業界でのキャリア形成に純粋に興味がある方。

• ネイティブレベルまたは上級レベルの日本語力（会話と筆記）が必要です。

This role will start as a 3-month internship before the possibility of full-time employment. 

You will be:

• Using our internal database, searching for and qualifying suitable candidates for assigned roles

• Conducting calls (phone or online) with candidates to confirm current career goals and situation

• Collaborating with recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely follow-up with candidates and potential clients

• Tracking and ensuring that candidate information on internal database is kept up to date

Requirements:

• Undergoing final year of Bachelor’s degree program

• Solution oriented and integrity. You have a team collaboration mindset and are genuinely interested in developing a career in recruitment.

• Native or advanced level Japanese proficiency (spoken and written) is required
