This role will start as a 3-month internship before the possibility of full-time employment. 


You will be:

  • Using our internal database, searching for and qualifying suitable candidates for assigned roles

  • Conducting calls (phone or online) with candidates to confirm current career goals and situation

  • Collaborating with recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely follow-up with candidates and potential clients

  • Tracking and ensuring that candidate information on internal database is kept up to date



  • Undergoing final year of Bachelor’s degree program

  • Solution oriented and integrity. You have a team collaboration mindset and are genuinely interested in developing a career in recruitment.

  • Native or advanced level Japanese proficiency (spoken and written) is required
