Digital Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and implement our training brands’ marketing strategy. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our training programs and products, increase brand awareness, and drive enrollment. 

You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy, creating compelling campaigns, and implementing effective tactics to reach our target audience. This will involve creating and executing campaigns across a variety of online channels, including social media, email, websites and advertising. The Marketing Manager will work closely with stakeholders and other members of the marketing team and will need to have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our training brands, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Develop, collect and analyze data to assess and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and conversion.

  • Use data and insights to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and touch-points and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience and conversions.

  • Manage and own responsibility for an ongoing SEO program for K2 University and Focus on Force, working with external partners as needed.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive email nurture strategy, tailored to different segments of our audience, to engage leads at various stages of the customer journey, increase conversions, and foster long-term customer relationships.

  • Work with the content team to develop synergy value propositions and messaging for K2 University and Focus on Force and future integrated education solutions.

  • Manage and develop a small team, currently consisting of a social media specialist and email marketing specialist.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with campaign management and analysis

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing

  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from marketing data

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
