Regional Learning and Performance Management Associate

The role of the Regional Learning & Performance Management Associate is to support the company in two key areas: (1) organizing the development and delivery of K2’s skills development and training schedules for associates within your designated region, and (2) construct programs and manage consistent tracking and coaching for K2 management teams in support of K2 training content and awareness to drive achievement of business objectives.

The role holder may also be asked to support other People Management activity across the team as required.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct, coordinate and deliver training for new hires to include but not limited to the K2 company overview, corporate presentation, Mission/Vision/Core Values, four Pillars and business models, etc.

  • Provide K2 system training to new hires across sales, recruitment and Shared Services

  • Creation of system training videos, constantly improving content on K2’s LMS

  • Development and delivery of K2 training content--content should be updated on a rolling basis taking into account K2 BI reports in order to identify areas of training needs (Pipeline closing,Productivity, Performance Benchmarks, etc.)

  • Work directly with regional management and the business in identifying training needs and scheduling trainings for associates based on defined development areas

  • Managing the tracking of monthly promotions in accordance with the Promotion Committee requirements

  • Preparation of monthly performance analysis and creation of reports, follow up with management to identify training needs, and deliver training/coaching accordingly 

  • Work with K2 management to monitor performance and progress of training attendees via K2 BI reports (Pipeline closing, Productivity, Performance Benchmarks, etc.)

  • Ensure that the K2 Career Navigation is upheld and present in all associate performance meetings.  Updates and adjustments proposed to move with the business.

  • Analysing feedback and the performance of the trainings and the trainers

 

Requirements & Skills:

  • A minimum of one (1) year recruitment experience or other comparable work experience

  • Experience working in an international environment

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification and professional qualifications in HR, Organizational Development or other related fields

  • Experience working with data and making data-driven decisions

  • An engaging and dynamic presence and method of delivery

  • Acute organizational and communication skills both verbal and written

  • Creativity and a keenness to stay on top of market trends in the L&D space

  • Business level Japanese and English (verbal and written)

 

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:

  • Coaching / mentoring experience

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM & Excel data management

  • Proficiency in verbal and written Chinese
