We are seeking a tenured sales professional to spearhead sales growth and client relationships in our IT consultative services division. In this role, you'll manage key accounts, drive revenue, and lead a team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

This role specifically requires someone that understands Technology Service Sales (Contract / Perm recruitment, Managed Services or Training Services) and has an established portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to account development
    and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities
  • Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2’s entire service portfolio (Talent
    Solutions, Training Solutions, Platform Solutions and Managed Solutions)
  • Management of a growing sales team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic
    growth: This includes hiring and selection of new team members, setting and monitoring
    achievement of weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets for the existing team
  • Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could
    impact or drive the growth of existing business
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team in Japan to successfully identify candidates to drive
    quality recruitment in a time sensitive environment
  • Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets


Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years sales experience working in technical recruitment, or the IT industry
  • Time Management skills
  • Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space
  • Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques
  • Ability to develop sales opportunities with managed accounts
  • Participation in events
  • Solution oriented and integrity
  • Languages: Fluent in Japanese & English (spoken & written)

 

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of contract recruitment business
  • SAP technical recruitment experience
