As a Digital Marketing Executive at K2 Partnering Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and strategy. You will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, analyzing data to inform decisions, and contributing to our overall marketing and business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends.

What to Expect?

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, websites, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Manage the company's social media profiles, ensuring engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brands' voices and objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities using a variety of analytics tools and generate detailed reports to inform future strategies.

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the company's websites, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and aligned with our digital marketing objectives. Use analytics tools to improve user experience and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, developers, and business stakeholders to execute integrated marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive engagement and conversions.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies and apply insights to improve our digital marketing efforts.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, CRM software, and content management systems.

  • Experience of successful managing corporate social media profiles.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
