Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for discovering and pursuing Focus on Force’s new corporate sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining existing customer satisfaction. The position of Sales Associate K2 University and Focus on Force focuses on Business Development and sale of educational offerings part of the K2U and FoF portfolio. 



  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying corporate customer prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options and following up from initial contact to closing the sale.

  • B2B sales activities for training and education services (business development, lead generation, account management)

  • Identify and manage implementation of initiatives to improve the corporate sales process. This could include improvements to the corporate sales website page, the systems that are used e.g. (corporate sales app), email templates, demos and follow up processes

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support (in relation to a corporate account contact), information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements

  • Send On-boarding satisfaction surveys to new corporate customers and take any corrective actions to improve On-boarding satisfaction versus what we are currently providing.

  • Conduct research and keep abreast with Enterprise Software Sales and Marketing trends and updates

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors



  • 3 years and above of Enterprise Software Sales experience. 

  • Experience in B2B Sales and business development.

  • Sales driven mindset, perseverance and ability to work in a fast paced continually evolving environment

  • Negotiation and deal closing experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Positive and confident personality

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
