Who Are We Seeking?

We are on the lookout for individuals who:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Bring 2-3 years of prior experience in an IT Consultancy/Staffing Sales role and are on the trajectory to becoming a Sales Manager.
  • Thrive in the realm of phone-based business-to-business cold/warm calling.
  • Possess a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
  • Showcase excellent written and verbal communication, along with stellar organizational skills.
  • Are proactive, team players, self-motivated, and ready to embrace continuous learning.

What Awaits You?

As a part of our vibrant sales team, your journey will involve:

  • Engaging in compelling cold/warm calls with potential clients.
  • Spearheading lead generation and pursuit, identifying new business avenues, and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Crafting your client portfolio and exploring opportunities within current accounts.
  • Showcasing the entire K2 service portfolio, including Perm, Contract, K2 University, K2 Managed Solutions, and K2 Konnect.
  • Addressing client pain points with tailor-made solutions.
  • Mastering the art of contract negotiation.
  • Cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with clients.
  • Embracing flexibility, whether working in a 360 capacity or collaborating with resource teams to fulfill staffing needs within accounts.
  • Efficiently managing client pipelines through the entire sales life cycle.
