Who Are We Looking For?

We are in search of individuals who:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Bring previous sales experience to the table (Technology Sales or Staffing experience is a plus).
  • Excel in phone-based business-to-business cold/warm calling.
  • Possess a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills.
  • Are proactive, team players, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

What to Expect?

As a pivotal part of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in cold/warm calling to connect with potential clients.
  • Spearheading lead generation and pursuit, identifying new business avenues and managing existing accounts.
  • Cultivating your client portfolio and exploring opportunities within current accounts.
  • Showcasing our entire service portfolio, including Perm, Contract, K2 University, K2 Managed Solutions, and K2 Konnect.
  • Addressing client pain points with tailored solutions.
  • Mastering contract negotiation.
  • Nurturing and sustaining professional client relationships.
  • Adapting to a 360 capacity or collaborating with resource teams to meet staffing needs within accounts.
  • Efficiently managing client pipelines through the entire sales life cycle.
