We’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding clients that we want to work with. You will be the link between our customers and IT experts and fill open positions fast.

 

So what can you expect?

  • You’ll work with your account managers to define a search strategy, identify suitable candidates, inspire them for the project and qualify them according to the technical requirements.
  • You’ll implement search strategies, do prospecting, reach out to potential clients and keep in constant contact with your network to make sure you’re always up to date.
  • You’ll work with the latest, most exciting technologies and trends in the industry.
  • You’ll develop a deep understanding of the technology market to meet client needs in the best possible way.

 

What do we need from you?

  • A completed apprenticeship or a university degree or comparable.
  • Ideally, some experience in sales-related roles
  • You work independently and are highly motivated to deliver the best possible service
  • You are very determined and have good communication skills
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, any other european language is a plus
  • Bonus: first experience in the field of recruitment or sale
