Senior Sales Consultants are vital to the function to our company. They are responsible for representing us in front of clients, and are directly responsible for increasing the revenue of the company.


Responsibilities: 

  • Management of existing accounts and new business generation
  • Strengthening relationships within your client portfolio and expansion of your footprint within a client to provide solutions across K2’s complete service portfolio (Perm, Contract, K2U, K2K)
  • Client introductions to other offices and regions
  • Expansion of your geographical focus and technology clusters
  • Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.
  • Management of pipeline of clients and full sales life-cycle (from calling to closing the deal). Close collaboration with recruitment team leads or managers to maximise the number of placements.
  • Cross-selling and leveraging account relationships and market knowledge to continuously generate business in a sustainable way.
  • Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to client relationships.
  • Responsibility of driving K2’s brand and image in the target region or technology cluster by being present in the form of face to face client meetings, conferences or networking events.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ sales experience in recruitment agency and or technology consulting environments.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technology market will be essential for the successful candidate.
  • Successful achievement of targets and use of different sales methodology.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of accounts and work in a team environment.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
