Salary: $50,000.00 plus commission

Start date: March 2023

Who are we looking for?

We need someone who:

  • Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Has previous work experience in target-driven environments.
  • Has previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred.
  • Is genuinely interested in technology and innovation.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Is proactive, a team player, self-motivated and willing to learn.

 What can you expect?

  • You’ll work closely with Account Managers to identify staffing needs. You’ll source, identify, attract, interview and qualify candidates for specific roles allocated by your leader.
  • Developing, driving, and executing search strategies to recruit candidates and building/nurturing a talent pool of market-leading professionals.
  • Extensive candidate contact (via telephone, email and face-to-face communication).
  • Utilizing your network, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates in line with our REQ.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
  • Recruiting IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placing them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies.
  • You’ll be an expert on your candidate portfolio and be able to sell K2’s full-service portfolio, including K2 University, K2 Managed Solutions and K2 Konnect
  • Daily/weekly reporting of your activities.
