A Sales Team Lead distinguishes themselves by excelling at prospecting new and managing existing clients, as well as managing a sales team of up to five associates. They are experts in their niche market and have a well established network.


This role specifically requires someone that understands Technology Service Sales (Contract and Perm recruitment, Managed Services or Training Services) and has an established portfolio of clients.


This is a hands-on role and working in partnership with the team is as important as generating
new client relationships.


Responsibilities
● Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients
and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities.
● Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2’s entire service portfolio
(Talent Solutions, Training Solutions, Platform Solutions and Managed Solutions)
● Management of a growing sales team to deliver against sales targets and long-term
strategic growth: This includes hiring and selection of new team members, setting and
monitoring achievement of weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets for the existing team.
● Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could
impact or drive the growth of existing business.
● Interact with a team of recruiters across multiple offices in our European locations to
successfully identify candidates to drive quality recruitment in a time sensitive
environment.
● Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.

Requirements & Skills
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
● 5+ years working in the technology or tech recruitment industry.
● Proven track record of results in the technology or IT Recruitment space
● Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques
● Ideally first managerial experience
● Ability to develop new client generating and Recruitment strategies
● Participation in events 

Salary Range: 75-90k Base + Bonus
