Join our dynamic team at K2 as an Account Executive. In this role, you will take charge of the complete sales cycle, from identifying new prospects to nurturing existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will extend to talent identification, attraction, and assessment, fostering meaningful connections with candidates. We are seeking a well-versed sales professional to work in the IT Recruitment/Consulting Services Market, encompassing both permanent and contract positions, with a proven track record and an established client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation strategies;
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to tailor sales approaches effectively;
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of the products or services offered;
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations;
  • Customized Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address the unique requirements and pain points of prospective clients;
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and a consistent conversion rate;
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Set and meet ambitious sales targets for acquiring new clients, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
  • 3+ years working in a business development environment within Information Technology;
  • Ability to develop new client business and foster client relationships.
