We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about connecting top IT talent with exciting opportunities across Italy and Europe. In this position, you will serve as a key link between our clients and qualified candidates, playing a central role in the successful and timely delivery of recruitment projects.
What will your responsibilities include?
- Partnering with Account Managers to understand clients’ technical requirements and executing searches using our databases and leading recruitment platforms.
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, building strong talent pools, and maintaining consistent engagement with your candidate network. Strong networking skills will be a significant asset in this role.
- Staying current with the latest technologies and industry trends, and developing a robust understanding of the tech marketplace to best anticipate client needs.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally, some professional experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to succeed.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the motivation to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, as some interviews will be conducted in English.
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or sales is considered a plus.
