As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take a key role in building and executing our Sales recruitment strategy for North America (US and Mexico). You will drive proactive talent pipeline development, with a particular emphasis on attracting and hiring exceptional sales and business development talent within a high-growth IT consulting space.

You will partner closely with regional leadership to define hiring needs, craft search strategies, and advise on talent market conditions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence hiring decisions, optimise recruitment processes, and ensure our teams scale effectively with high-quality talent.

Working within our global Talent Acquisition organisation, you will operate with autonomy in your region, owning all delivery. You will also contribute to global TA initiatives and implement improvements to elevate the overall hiring experience and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Build and execute a North America recruitment pipeline strategy, particularly for high-impact commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Account Management).
  • Develop long-term pools of active and passive sales talent, using advanced sourcing methods, market mapping, and competitor intelligence.
  • Partner with regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and design tailored talent attraction strategies.
  • Bring deep expertise in hiring sales talent within high-growth IT consulting or tech-enabled environments, ensuring we consistently attract top performers.

End-to-End Recruitment Leadership

  • Own the full hiring lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding transitions.

  • Lead the recruitment process across multiple locations, functions, and seniority levels.

  • Provide structured candidate assessments, ensuring high-quality shortlists and hiring decisions.

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate care and communication throughout the process.

Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence.

  • Coach hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and selection approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Leadership Team on recruitment excellence projects (e.g., job architecture, employer brand initiatives, search methodology improvements, market intelligence reporting).
  • Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics to drive decision-making and continuous optimisation.

Requirements & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT consulting, or high-growth technology-driven businesses.
  • Proven track record recruiting sales, business development and commercial roles in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building strategic talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital attraction strategies.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset; comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives.
  • Experience hiring across the US and Mexico is highly desirable.
  • Spanish language skills are not mandatory, but are a plus.
