K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a subject matter expert, identifying and placing top-tier talent across both Contract and Permanent positions. You will work closely with account managers to understand the client's digital transformation needs and provide them with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities

Specialized Sourcing: Identify and headhunt elite talent across core verticals, including:

SAP: TM Consulting, Project Managers, Cutover Leads, and Functional ERP Module specialists.

Data & Cloud: Azure Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Cloud Engineers.

Development: Python Developers and AI/Machine Learning specialists.

Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiations.

Stakeholder Management: Consult with hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.

Contract & Perm Delivery: Seamlessly pivot between high-volume contract requirements and long-term permanent placements.

Community Building: Maintain a robust pipeline of "passive" candidates within the K2 ecosystem to ensure rapid delivery for niche roles.
Qualifications & Skills

Industry Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, specifically within Salesforce, SAP, or broader Engineering/Data sectors.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including various SAP ERP modules and Azure/Cloud infrastructure.

Versatility: Demonstrated experience managing both Contract and Permanent recruitment workflows.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and technical leads.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, preferably within the Technology or Professional Services sectors.
Salary: $25,850.00 MXN (monthly) + commission
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in office)
