We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Compliance Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the rare ability to balance independent task management with seamless team collaboration.

As a core member of our operational backbone, you will ensure that our administrative and compliance engines run smoothly across both English and Spanish-speaking requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Background Screening

  • End-to-End Screening: Order and review background checks via third-party portals (e.g., HireRight) in strict accordance with client contracts.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide daily progress updates to Customer Experience (CX), Resourcing, and Sales teams.

  • Documentation: Proactively connect with consultants to obtain missing documents and sign off on client background certification forms.

  • Reporting: Generate monthly screening reports for the Finance department.

Onboarding & Document Management

  • Manage the "Contracts Inbox," assigning requests to appropriate team members and ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.

  • Assist with monitoring the team Task Tracker.

  • Dealsheet(DS) Management (Vendor Side): Complete Legal Entities (LE), generate Schedules of Assignment, and attach essential documents (COIs, W9/W8, Articles of Incorporation).

Dealsheet (DS) Management (Client Side): Attach fully executed Statements of Work (SOW) to DS files and manage Work Orders from client portals like Fieldglass and Beeline.

  • Maintenance: Send notifications to consultants regarding expiring documents (e.g., COIs) 

  • PayRun Review: Audit payruns from Operations to ensure all Vendor information is accurate and complete.

Commissions

  • Reporting: Run daily Xactly reports during timesheet collection periods (weekly otherwise).

  • Audit Prep: Review reports to identify missing documentation and search the Contracts Inbox for resolutions.

Supplier Audits

  • Gather and verify critical audit data, including onboarding signatures, background screen confirmations, and W2 engagement status.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish

  • Experience: This is an entry-level role. Previous internship or administrative experience is highly desirable.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

  • Operational Agility: Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet demanding timescales in a complex, hands-on environment.

  • Independence & Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and with remote teams.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and navigate third-party portals, reporting software, and document management tools.

Salary: 20,000K - $25,000 MXP Gross Monthly

Location: Hybrid
