We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale projects and manage service delivery across clients. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, leading high-performance teams, and identifying opportunities to expand our business through strategic insights and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the end-to-end management of large and complex projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Oversee service delivery operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational quality.

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams with a high project volume, ensuring motivation, collaboration, and productivity.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new business opportunities, upselling/cross-selling possibilities, and contributing to account growth strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to assess client needs, prepare proposals, and support commercial discussions.

  • Analyze project performance and client feedback to uncover strategic insights for service improvement and business expansion.

  • Monitor KPIs, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

  • Foster continuous improvement, promoting best practices in project management and service governance.

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and/or service delivery environments.

  • Experience managing SAP or multiplatform technology projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing medium to large teams.

  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to connect project delivery with business opportunities.

  • Advanced or fluent English – daily interaction with global stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Nice to Have

  • PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).

  • Background in consulting or technology services companies.
