About The Program

You won’t be doing this alone! You'll join a tight-knit team of five paid interns, providing a built-in community to share your onboarding and learning experiences. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by learning the fundamentals of the recruitment profession from the ground up. This internship offers a comprehensive look into the recruitment lifecycle, allowing you to develop professional consulting and business communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• Searching for and screening candidates who meet specific client requirements

• Researching market trends and business opportunities to share with the internal team

• Participate in meetings with both candidates and clients, provide sales support

• Create proposals for account managers

• Manage essential data entry

Qualifications

• University students who can commit to an internship of 3-6 months

• Able to work under a hybrid model (3 days at the office)

• Business English (Preferred) and Japanese language ability (JLPT N2)

Access:

Introductory Meeting → HR Interview → Manager Interview → Job Offer

Salary:
